No. While company leadership would be responsible for the demise the real losers would not be the companies, it would be all of the people who paid their premiums to have coverage when they need it. No one cares if a fat cat company goes down, they care if it takes down vulnerable and responsible citizens who spent their hard earned money to ensure that they were protected.
