Why not let all compete for a position on the team of his/her choice ?? Why is there separation male female ??

Why does the NCAA condemn NC-HB2 and the separation of biological sex yet require the separation of biological sex in their member institutions ??

BTW, legal barriers to women as players participating in male-dominated professional sports or NCAA don't exist to my knowledge and yet.

Nor does one in track and field, baseball, basketball, soccer, and a host of other sports. Your point?

A rational handicapping system for any particular sport would, it seems to me, level the playing field. Dismissing the concept out of hand seems rather thoughtless. Like I said: it works for golf.

Don't know how one could 'handicap' team sports. Individual sport sure, but nobody would care anymore, short of friends and family and that won't generate the revenue needed to sustain sport.

I have no issues with transgenders competing with men, even though females taking steroids and hormones is technically cheating, they'd still be at a disadvantage vs men, so it's not a big deal. They have too many advantages vs women, man to female transgenders have the benefit of bigger frames, more bone density, etc, and female to male trangenders have the benefits of being on male hormones. They should either compete with men or have their own leagues.

When the body parts match the psychological gender.
Even when comparing males and females of the same size and weight, elite males will dominate elite females every time. Conor McGregor would knock the holy $#@! out of Ronda Rousey. LeBron James is a better basketball player than Brittany Griner. It is what it is. It's biology.
