Fargo, ND - what to do or see?

I have to go to Fargo, ND this coming week for some depositions. We decided to go up Saturday bc Mrs U wanted to go along and see the area. (She chooses to do that now that the kids are at school or married.). Can anyone make any recommendations on things to do, see or places to eat in or around Fargo?

They have one of those mechanical horses in front of the piggly wiggly that you can ride for a quarter! People travel for hundreds of miles just to experience it.

Google convinced me that was about it. Just thought I'd ask.

They have a camel at the Fargo zoo so I guess that's something.

Fargo is home for the world's largest lint collection. It has it's own museum.

Definitely going to do Maris. Maybe go to the sporting good store for NDSU -- North Dakota State was the first college football program to win five straight national championships. The Bison went 71-5 overall from 2011-15 including a 42-3 home record. The Bison won 22 consecutive FCS playoff games before a loss to James Madison in the 2016 semifinals. It's not exactly tOSU, but five Nats in a row is five Nats in a row.

Is this about the body in the wood shredder? If so, you're too late that case was solved by a pregnant trooper. Hell, they even made a movie about it!

Suppose you were an idiot. And suppose you were a member of Congress. But I digress....
