Traditionally God is male, old man. But the Bible does refer to God as female in places.

Genesis 1:27 is ambiguous: "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."

Deuteronomy 32:18 "You were unmindful of the Rock that bore you; you forgot the God who gave you birth."

Isaiah 66:13 "As a mother comforts her child, so I will comfort you; you shall be comforted in Jerusalem."
