If I was a partisan, it woukd be for the Libertarian party, but I'm not convinced that they really understand what a libertarian really is.

I'm not sure justice even exists but mobs never mete out anything approaching justice.

I do not want liberal judges or conservative judges. I want judges who will follow the law and the Constitution.

In this case, I tend to agree with the judge. The defense of the man who sucker-punched a protester in, as I recall, Las Vegas was clearly wrong and worked up. The rhetoric didn't help and neither did his comment that next time they might kill.

And, I disagree with Crepitus. I understand liberals hate free speech and I don't. Congress shall write no laws restricting the freedom of speech. That's what they said and that's what they meant. That does not mean that, as in this case, there cannot be a civil action because of damages caused by the speech. Donald Trump isn't being arrested, incarcerated, sent to a re-education camp or a gulag because of what he said. He's being sued.
