Remember the liberal outrage over the Tim Tebow pro life commercial? The NFL doesn't want to spark that kind of outrage again.

I don't speak for everyone but I wasn't outraged, just annoyed.

Tebow is (was) no better in this sense than Kapernick. He just wanted attention.

The passive-aggressiveness of that post is more telling of snowflake'ism than anything else.

It's actually a response from a poster that I got permission to repost. I thought it apropos given the nature of the potential meltdown the NFL visualized.
