Before Katrina, especially in the south, Folks from outside the stricken area would load up trucks of water, fuel, whatever and they'd bring it into the stricken area to sell to those hit by the disaster. Some do good liberal thought that was JEST AHFUL so they passed laws to prevent it. And now New York is reaping the benefit of that. Fema can't do their jobs.. And as a victim, i'd as soon purchase what i needed from someone bringing it in to me than to wait the long wait for the feds to do their jobs.
