I'll have to remember to call you if I ever am about to get hit by a hurricane so you can make sure I haven't missed out on any preparations that are so obvious it's astounding you would even post about it.

I have been thru a dozen hurricanes.. and it is generally VERY difficult.. We had no power for 3 weeks after Hugo.

If those idiots break out rioting and looting, its on them.
