    Tax Reform

    http://www.msn.com/en-us/money/marke...D=ansmsnnews11

Let's see you Dems oppose tax reform, yet another promise kept by Trump

President Donald Trump says businesses and individuals will receive a "massive tax cut" under a tax reform package he plans to unveil next week.
In an interview with The Associated Press, Trump says the plan will result in tax cuts for both individuals and businesses. He would not provide details of the plan, saying only that the tax cuts will be "bigger I believe than any tax cut ever."

We don't have a "tax code" we have a "control code" . If they were just interested in collecting taxes there are much better ways to go about it. For example, most of them wouldn't force everyman into the stock market and he could just as easily invest locally .

Unfortunately Trumps credibility is an issue so there's no telling what kind of tax cut, if any, Americans will receive except for perhaps the ultra rich.

Once I tell you that we agree to disagree there will be no more discussion between us in the thread so please don't waste your time continuing to argue your points because I will not respond.

Donttread.............collecting taxes is one endeavor the US government can do very effectively. No one is forced into the stock market, there are numerous other markets, furthermore.....many many many own small LOCAL businesses they are trying to start/operate thus investing blood sweat and tax tears locally. Not to mention our very high tax rate on those hated corporations making us less competitive in global markets.

Well.... that's an interesting comment coming from the party that doubled it. How about we cut spending also?

Gamewell45....would you mind I use your post 5 here as an example of exactly what I've been alluding to even with this thread, you know what, never mind, you wrote it so it's now a lab rat.

You see, it is well known within our Constituencies. Within Corporations, small business that employs most Constituents, and Republican/Democrat/Independent/taxpayer that tax reform is sorely needed. No one disputes we have an outdated, inefficient, and some would say corrupt tax collection.

And yet one political party comes to the table without objectivity, their opposition all about what? Trump. From tax reform, to health care insurance reform, to national defense, to education, indeed to who he surrounds himself with, where his family lives, and of course, his golf handicap.

Fanatical about Trump being seen as getting "a win", Democrats and Trump haters will oppose policies long due based on the same anti-Trump rhetoric and strategy that just lost them the last election. You can burn cars, universities can deny Coulter/Conservative speeches. Continue on with rhetoric seen on these pages and in this last post, continue to show your asses.

Florida. Pennsylvania. Wisconsin. North Carolina. Ohio. Arizona. Kansas. Michigan. Are Democrats going to win back states needed so desperately? Spending political capital on Neil Gorsuch, trying to keep in place a failing Obamacare system, these tactics while fanning your base and whooping up forum radicals......are they earning you voters in key constituencies nationally?

Democrats have 10 Senate seats open in 2018 in blood red states. And we GOPers smell blood in the water. Democrats divided and in kneejerk opposition to even tax breaks for hard working Americans.....I don't know. Good f'n luck with that.

DG, I don't know what or why you'd be discussing debt or deficit with exo. Who truly believes our national debt is decreasing and the policies Obama engaged is the reason. No, I'm not making that up either.
