Generally, people who spout hate get an appropriate response from the people. Most people know Coulter is a clown act that just wants media coverage and that she says things that fall under hate speech largely for the media exposure.

Hate speech should not be protected when it advocates or encourages violence, which is where Canada is at with their law, more or less.

Ah, Berkeley is considered a government actor, because of the service to the public.

LOL, yes it's a school one chooses to attend. Don't like their "speech codes" choose another university. Minarchists should like having the option to choose, right?

Yes, inciting to riot. Trump is looking at some court time over that soon.

This is how liberalism gets compared to nazism btw and the comparison is valid.

Liberals can't stand Coulter because she uses sarcastic humor while destroying their hypocritical views.

Ah, the stench of hypocrisy is disgusting.

    http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/ho...rticle/2620863

Hypocrisy is all Washington has. For example Dean playing to media that destroyed his campaign a few years back buy calling "passion" "out of control anger" . The real reason ? Too big a lead too early is not good for ratings.
BTW, McVeigh was a terrorist and a murderer. So was the FBI and ATF. But protesting the murder of innocents by killing innocents is how the world came to be like it is and it is NOT the answer.
Had he gone after the guilty from Ruby Ridge and Waco directly it would have still been murder and wrong, but you could have some respect for the man. Government snipers might miss by 2 inches ,but not by 2 people. Although I do not advocate such actions in anyway. Maybe Ann should of added that clause?

No, it's a government entity. That's the way the courts see it. It doesn't even get into stretching the commerce clause for public accommodation.
