There is nothing wrong with a CAUTIOUS immigration program .. kind of like with the two year vetting and waiting period we had under Obama.
Unreasonable fear is very unhealthy .. and amounts to worse than "nationalism".

And unreasonable fear is not driving elections. Citizens are rejecting the concept of open borders.
