    According to the ABC/WP poll, among 2016 voters, @realDonaldTrump would beat Hillary Clinton in a rematch -- in the popular vote, no less.

    The real polls of that larger group had Clinton winning by almost 3 million votes. That's yuge.


    By the way, that poll shows Clinton's votes increasing to 41%, beating Trump's 37%.



    I'm not saying the poll is wrong. I'm saying that the interpretation is wrong. Hillary wins by an even larger margin that in 2016.

    Trump would likely beat Clinton again. It would be amazingly hysterical if the left trotted out an even more ancient Hillary to give it another go in 2020.

    Trump didn't win the popular vote, which probably still keeps him up at nights. He lost the popular vote in the last election, and he loses the popular vote in the ABC/WP poll (above). He's the least popular president ever, and as the poll suggests, he'd get a smaller popular vote than in 2016.
