Go for a run, just a 15 minuet vigorous sprint. That should do it.
I eat a lot of cheese, my regiment is a cheese sandwich for dinner most days and it binds me up. When I feel that happening, I move around a bit and that usually breaks up the log jam.
But sometimes I pass one of those cue balls that hurts like hell.
