I have had trouble pooping for the last 2 days. It hurts a lot and I just can't bring myself to balls up and force it out.
What do?

Stool softener? Activia? Enema? Maybe you could consult Jamie Lee Curtis?
Sorry--but I do not accept the idea that being intolerant of intolerance is THE SAME THING as being intolerant of anything else.
A) Powered psyllium husks from your local health food store.
B) Sugar free chocolates. (NOT to be confused with sugarless chocolates.)
"B" is much faster acting.
It's known that drinking a lot of beer helps you to solve constipation problems, which is a safer and easier remedy than taking laxatives.

If the election goes wrong, your problem will be solved, because you'll just **** yourself.
Seriously, you may find it beneficial to add a lot of fresh fruit to your diet (not bananas though, they're binding). Peaches, plums, cantaloupe and berries of any kind. Lots.

Sounds like you may be dehydrated...
... drink some coconut juice...
... or grape, or prune juice...
... see a doctor if the problem doesn't resolve itself by tomorrow...
... you could develop toxic mega-colon.
