    Unfortunately, the newest version of this software isn't very good. The older version is better, but as web browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer/Edge go through their updates things inevitably break. Reloading the page should allow you to make an edit as long as you are within the time limit.

    I use Chrome. I can edit easily.
    Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.
