    I have never been in the position to strike on a job. I have been fired for something I didn't do. Stuff like that can lead to being homeless. I remember when I had a car and living in it and going days without food.

    Hollywood writers authorize strike I watch very little TV and outside of local news, weather and sports. I could give (in the colloquial) a flying fucus about hollywood. The only weapon unions have is to strike.

    It's perfect timing IMO. The current TV season is nearing its end with the remaining three episodes in the can before the summer production hiatus. The pressure will build as the time comes as the new 2017 fall season production start nears.
