    Not saying its wrong, I just wanted to add that there's always the drive to see what's over the horizon.

    You can even see in more recent history, constant migration. Of course some of it is absolutely under duress.

    Not saying land bridge didn't make this inherently easier but Polynesians did get to Easter Island.
