Being a guy I'm not expert but my wife and I were in a gym when it was closed and as we passed through the men's locker room she said, "Where are the cubicles?" She was shocked that men undressed in full view of other men.

I feel really bad for transvestites and transexuals. The have something really wrong with them, of that there is no question. I know a trasgendered male to female- "She" owns a local business, and aside from being a tremendous business person, is also very smart and quite well grounded in all other aspects of life as far I can tell. "She" is basically a Libertarian, who upon seeing our Gadsden flag flying form our porch, was more than anxious to say how much "she" liked it.

All that said, I can guarantee "she" would never support the kind of nonsensical bullshit this article represents. And that really is the nut of the issue why people like I myself have nothing but disdain for the LGBT lobby whores. "A college cannot discriminate on the basis of gender identity" is what the school spokesperson said. What a crock. If you have male genitalia, then you are still physically a male, no matter HOW you "identify" yourself. I can "identify" as a rich young sexy blonde....but all the self-identification in the world won't make it so. Unless and until this man completes the surgical process and actually lives his life as complete female, he's male, like it or not. The parents are right to raise hell; they should pull their daughters out of the school immediately, then sue the school for aiding and abetting public indecency.

This person had no respect and would change in front of these young girls with his legs wide open. There are stalls in women's places. Are we too headed down this same path? Where their rights are more important than our youth? Give people an inch and they will take a mile. I too know a few and even they would be outraged at this type of behavior. LBGT group heads are promoting this and could care less about anyone else or their rights.

The school isn't "defending" her - they're saying that based on the laws they can't legally restrict her use of the female locker room. There's a difference between actively defending someone and merely refusing to violate the law.

I don't think the law comes into play here. If he was a true transgender, I would agree with the schools' stance, but he's not. He has chosen to live AS a female, but physically, to all outward appearances, he is MALE. I don't see how "gender identity" applies.

You can get the plumbing changed, but you can't change your chromosomes. If you have XY chromosomes, no sex change will truly make you female.
