The school isn't "defending" her - they're saying that based on the laws they can't legally restrict her use of the female locker room. There's a difference between actively defending someone and merely refusing to violate the law.

You can't and this was done in the UK. But in Canada a man was trying to sue a battered women's place (a place where women go to get away from men) because he said he was a woman but trapped in a males body. Let some man come into a woman bathroom here and they will get hurt. This opens the doors for perverts.

That's not discrimination. That's being undressed in front of young girls. He could have went into the stalls instead of sitting with his legs open. He is the one violating laws.

If you have male genitalia, then you are still physically a male, no matter HOW you "identify" yourself. I can "identify" as a rich young sexy blonde....but all the self-identification in the world won't make it so. Unless and until this man completes the surgical process and actually lives his life as complete female, he's male, like it or not. The parents are right to raise hell; they should pull their daughters out of the school immediately, then sue the school for aiding and abetting public indecency.

There's no evidence to suggest that she committed any crime. She was simply naked in a space where nudity is allowed. The issue here is that she has a penis. However, having a penis doesn't equate to maleness. Sex and gender aren't binary. These binary constructions are just that, constructions.
