Religious persecution in PA

Can someone tell me why this woman's claims of receiving messages from God are any less valid that the claims of various religious leaders (Oral Roberts, Pat Robertson, every single one of the Prosperity Gospel con artists, etc. etc. etc.)? The logic is pretty straightforward.

Pa. woman says God told her to 'throw bricks at white men'

To the woman in western Pennsylvania arrested for allegedly throwing bricks at a man's car, it was a "prophecy from God" commanding her to "throw bricks at white men."
To police in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, it was simply a crime.

According to KDKA-TV, suspect Jasmine Fox, 31, is accused of throwing bricks at a man's car Monday morning.

The motorist told police he caught Fox throwing bricks at his car and chased her into an abandoned Roman Catholic school, KDKA writes.

Sure enough, police found Fox, who is homeless, hiding in the school's locker room.

I'm guessing that Oral Roberts and Pat Robertson would also be arrested if they started throwing bricks at cars because God told them to.
