I don't suspect anyone is a sock, unless and until I see evidence that points that way. My only concern is about the aggressive opening post made by a new member. It is a bit unrealistic to expect productive conversation when you start by accusing a whole bunch of people you don't know of being unintelligent. And if we want to have a discussion board which promotes the civilised exchange of ideas, we should not encourage that sort of post.
