They don't insure the damage to your roof if it is in bad shape, but they do generally cover resultant damage. They may have mold exclusions. If you didn't contact them immediately after the leakage and it resulted in mold, they will refuse to remediate. They should cover any ceilings that collapsed from water incursion.

No need for the state. We have plenty of goofy liberals all eager to take wealth from others for every good deed. So step up and buy the man a new trailer.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

Aren't there some state or municipal assistence programs available? I would re check that in a state like CA.
