Damn! I lost my case due to a tecnicality! (partial rent payments being considered full payments) Now I have to file a new Unlawfull Detainer!
Wont be able to make it thru the month!

I got the HCD inspectors report. BAD! many violations to repair, and I don't have enough money to do so!And they must be fixed by August 10!
