It cannot be legally binding. We did not make the agreement. Obama did. He is gone.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

An international agreement is not binding on the US unless it is ratified by the Senate.

The climate warming gurus all have one goal:
To make like harder and more expensive for Mankind while the gurus get big bucks in their pockets.
Their brain dead mantra about carbon has nothing to do with climate change over the last 15 years or so.
But the Earth's relationship with the Sun has changed and thus changed Earth's climate.
That the big shot gurus refuse to recognize or even consider this reveals their dishonest intent.

The US Constitution is the law in America, not an informal agreement made by Obama. If Trump is smart, he will refuse to honor that agreement since man-made climate change is largely a fiction buttressed by pseudoscience.
