This is the perfect example of why we are informed voters and why they are influenced idiots.

One of the more disgusting liberal mantras is to "vote your own self-interest." That's all Chris Mathews is doing or ever does. If it's good for him then screw everyone else.

"people" vote for various reasons and "self-interest" isn't a bad reason for voting for one's personal best interests
Not all White People were sick evil people in the 1960's who became less evil over time; they were good people in a sick system that became gradually less sick over time. Getting checked about racism is not an assault on your virtue, it's a reminder of the roles you play often without ever seeing them, understanding them or caring about them. Racism is not about you and it never was, and it doesn't help the discussion to take it that way and ignore that it still exist today.

Of course that true, for liberals. Some people vote for their children's future and some for the welfare of the country. I realize that just doesn't "feel" right for liberals. "What's in it for me," is a perfectly valid way to select your candidate, for liberals.

    You're kidding, right?

Would you vote against your self-interests?? Morons do that; uninformed or misinformed do that. But the informed voter knows what policies work to his best interests and which party promotes those policies, and normally, that voter will vote for that party. So i'm not sure what you find so disgusting about it. Actually, i think it's quite stupid to do otherwise.

    Maybe you just misunderstand.

Liberals get away with saying the most despicable things. Wasn't Chris Mathews also the one that said he forgot Obama was black because he was speaking so eloquently?
