    They do. It happens. I personally know of a young lady in NE Ohio that as a juvenile killed her child at childbirth, was convicted, served time and now serves as a counsellor for troubled mothers, is a wife and a mother herself and gives talks on the dangers that befell her. She is a completely different person. The judge told me that she said that she cannot undo what she did but she can in some small way maybe help someone else avoid what she did. It does happen. I wish it'd happen more but it does happen.

    Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.
