don't forget the compressed chest damage................it's like @donttread said. It was late night at a Denny's I wonder of the two of them were tested on the spot for drinking.................Like I said, the wife, who is a deputy, might skate, but her husband will probably get a conviction

I'll bet you the dead guy's BAL was tested but not the cop or husband. I strongly believe off duty cops should not be able to act as LEO's when drinking.
