Funny it never bothered you before and I use it all the time . Could this just be a lash out because you can't counter my argument? Naw not you????

The post doesn't refer to isolationism has having been successful, it speaks to it not having had much of a chance to succeed on a large scale because people cling to what DOES fail instead of changing to what MIGHT NOT fail.

Yeah....enter into any endeavor donttread...whether you're a nation, corporation, small business, or individual and I do't care what that endeavor might be......and cling to what "might not fail."

you owe your entire existence today on Neo-conservatism, yer just too naïve to know that. Pete knows it, he's in denial, Ethereal knows it too, but it angers him. None of you like to be wrong....but...you are.

Incorrect. Realpolitik won the cold war. Neocons $#@!ed everything else up after 9-11. We should return to Realpolitik. But public school students don't understand foreign policy.

In this particular dust-up the US Air base in Qatar should be at the forefront of American interests. Trump has been typically clumsy/semi-moronic in his initial reactions. Somebody really does need to take his Tweeter away from him.

But i do have respect for Tillerson and think he is a good choice as mediator of the event. Seems cool headed with some quality diplomatic talents.

Not true, other than fossil fuels we have always been blessed with the ability tpo produce our own needs and now we can produce that. True power comes from being self sustaining

The closest a warhead actually came to being fired was based upon bad circitrity or a misread. The play acting almost accidently turned the whole thing into reality.
