As I said from the start, he didn't come out swinging. Obama booked TV appearances way ahead of time. Mitt had to tell people at the last minute things. Mitt wasn't Reagan and he didn't act like he wanted to win at the beginning or get people riled up. Everyone is not going to research and see what he is all about. He thought he could win just on the economy but not all states are as bad as some. Then you have certain groups against him for no reason and he also lost the Jew American vote. Some are just blind with hate while others said he was no good for their state.

People are going to start seeing layoffs. Small business are going to be hurt and some people can face jail time for not paying insurance. The ones on welfare won't have to worry but the working class will. It's going to be a mess soon and some of those jobs up north may relocate to "right to work states".

Yes, I see that California has replicated the Maryland "soak the rich" tax mistake with Proposition 30 so they can keep those fat checks going to the Teachers' Union.

    Should be good for Texas.

My son told me this yesterday: His friend Brian lost his part time job the day after the election. He had a talk with his boss, who is a reasonable man and Brian understood. His boss said hard times are coming and to stay in business, he has to cut employees and do more with less. Poor Brian - nice kid, worked hard.

I think the spoiled brats are the aging baby-boomers. A woman I know was whining about her kids crushing credit card debt and I said that it was like the country. They have to quit spending like there is no tomorrow. She snapped, "They have to buy on the credit card just to survive."

"Really? You were bragging a few months ago about your daughter's lovely vacation in Tahiti."
"OH, you don't think my daughter deserves a vacation."

There is no reasoning with these people.

She doesn't sound like a baby boomer. Well maybe she is. But there are two kinds of boomers. There are conservative boomers and then there are the liberal radical boomers. There's a significant difference.
