Judicial Watch: Susan Rice ‘Unmasking’ Documents Moved from NSC to Obama Library -- and sealed for 5 years. In the NSC unmasking records response, The NSC’s Director of Access Management John Powers said in the letter:

Documents from the Obama administration have been transferred to the Barack Obama Presidential Library. You may send your request to the Obama Library. However, you should be aware that under the Presidential Records Act, Presidential records remain closed to the public for five years after an administration has left office.

I don't see the riff. It's standard for presidential documents to remain closed of five years, so what's the problem?

The last thing I heard on it was that the killed Border Patrol agent's family was suing the the Feds.Maybe a large sum of money settlement shut everybody up.
