If you ever get the urge for iced coffee late at night, when you have to work the next morning, it is best to ignore it.

I can't consume caffeine much past 3 pm without still being wide awake at 3 am.
One coworker drinks Monsters all day long, wonder why.

I never drink caffeine in the morning. Usually if I'm going to have a cup of coffee it's sometime in the afternoon, to keep me from falling asleep in class or doing homework.Originally Posted by Chris

I have a cup to wake me up. Another when I start work. A coke usually for lunch.
