    Bull$#@!, I say.
I know that many people have died trafficing marijuana. It is not a harmless drug. This issue doesn't belong in this thread because republicans and democrats are for and against it. This is about republicans and democrats compromising.

We may have to do that if the democrats refuse to compromise. Nobody has given their opinions on my proposals or given new ones yet.

That is my proposal to repeal it and give obama his tax increases. If he wants a healthcare bill, then he can do a bi-partisan one.

Obamacare is the biggie...get it gone and businesses will breather easier again.
If they don't compromise, then they will be to blame.

Back then there was a special prosecutor law. They let it expire after what happened to Clinton. The house is the only authority that can independently investigate and prosecute the president. But the Senate would have to vote on guilt, and we see how that went under Clinton too.

If it was a legal commodity, like cigarettes or alcohol, people would be making serious money from its growth and production. They wouldn't be trafficking it, they would be delivering it to gas stations and convenience stores.

My opinion on your compromise is that they aren't interested in compromising, you are wasting your time.

Give them what they want. We'll get the country back a whole lot faster that way.

MC, you're probably right. But total capitulation to stuff my gut tells me is wrong just sticks in my craw. Compromise within our own country, American to American, is the American way....and that will be my suggestion as long as there's still an America.

well and that would happen in a world where truth and decency mattered...problem is..it doesn't.

Compromise is the democrat way. It is not the American way. Did God Compromise. Did He ever say you boys play nice and compromise. What happened whenever the Jews compromised.

You flatter yourself if you think your 'compromise' is going to be heard. This new america does not want your compromise...it is their way or the highway. They won. you didn't. Now shut up and let them get on with the business of destroying the country. I do have to congratulate them though...i really thought they'd wait till january.
