Yup. The people who died trafficking it died because it's illegal. Had it been legal they wouldn't feel the need to traffic it and they would not have died (most likely).

If TVs were illegal and to buy one you had to find a shady guy in an alley to buy them from, you think there wouldn't be risk involved?
