LOL first ever job fair. We have them all the time. Never been to one but know some that had. Most jobs these days you have to fill out on-line. It's like one said at least he is aware of the openings so it's not all a waste. Did they really think they would be hired on the spot?

Not all White People were sick evil people in the 1960's who became less evil over time; they were good people in a sick system that became gradually less sick over time. Getting checked about racism is not an assault on your virtue, it's a reminder of the roles you play often without ever seeing them, understanding them or caring about them. Racism is not about you and it never was, and it doesn't help the discussion to take it that way and ignore that it still exist today.
