    Really Ethereal? I'm a little taken aback here. Are you telling me the following. That you outright understand that in addition to pleading guilty and thus being convicted of murder for throwing that grenade........when he was 15 years old........that fatally killed Sgt. First Class Christopher Speer. that Omar was convicted of attempted murder, spying, conspiracy and providing material support to terrorism? You are telling me that you're aware that this 'Adelaide' argument given in this thread that rather than Khadr being convicted in a kangaroo court.....that is utter is hooey, Omar told military judge Army Col. Patrick Parrish that he understood the charges against him, his confession, and the conditions of his plea agreement, you were aware of that too? Did you also know, Ethereal, that the Speer Widow Tabitha attended the military tribunal.....and while she sat there in her sister's grasp crying.....Omar here betrayed little emotion?

    His plea agreement understood....and yet....lawyers smelling $ tell him to suit up. Wrongful imprisonment. Yeah.....first the snowflake from Canada apologizes and makes him a millionaire.....then we have his apologists like Ethereal here trying to convince us that he "didn't have control over the situation. Pled guilty to murder, attempted murder, spying(how many died from information he sent), conspiracy and material support for terrorism. I don't know Ethereal, could this be just another analysis from you that is a total

    @Ethereal

    Don't forget to respond to me here, your post has raised some disturbing questions. I asked three above.

    1. Were you aware he pled guilty fully understanding what he was pleading guilty to?
    2. Were you aware he was also convicted of attempted murder, conspiracy, spying, and material support for terrorism?
    3. Were you aware he betrayed no emotion while pleading guilty, but shows plenty of it here given he's a millionaire?

    Cause your post above leads me to believe you weren't aware of the realities of this case and have, yet again, been caught winging it.

    Can you clarify for me, cause, being that yer a veteran and all....and one of your comrades was killed, your post above is either disturbing or uninformed.
