Like others I'd've said take matters into your own hands, though then you'd probably end up arrested.

I would call police, they may be getting other calls and complaints and with your help find the moron.

Fucking asshole. I'm spitting mad. I'm not sure if I should bother calling the police since it's Saturday night and they're probably tied up elsewhere, but I am very unhappy. He was literally like something from your worst nightmare - beady eyes, his teeth were all broken and chipped so they looked freaky and he kept making weird noises when he was following me inbetween harassing me.

I am so pissed off.

Sorry to hear that. You should have kneed him in the nads. Have you ever taken a self defense class?

No. I've debated taking a Krav Maga self-defense class previously. Couldn't hurt.

Well, I filed an online report with the local police - I'm assuming they'll contact me sometime today or tomorrow. I didn't realise I could do that until I went to their website. Pretty nifty that they've set up this service for non-emergency reports. They also log all their calls and reports online (anonymously) and it turns out my area is not as nice as I thought! I never hear about crime happening in this area but according to their incident reports, there is a lot of shady stuff going on.

Well, I filed an online report with the local police - I'm assuming they'll contact me sometime today or tomorrow. I didn't realise I could do that until I went to their website. Good, I'm glad you did that. And this incident had a silver lining....in making your online report, you discovered that you could keep tabs on criminal events/reports in your area. Forewarned is forearmed.
