    Wisconsin Cows are happier than California cows.

    @Conley-- problem solved.

    FYI, cows love our winters. Seriously, think about it. In Wisconsin, it is unreasonably cold in the winter. We have better things to do than go cow tipping in below freezing.

    Cali, on the other hand, has good weather for tipping year round. The cows know this. Well known fact in cow psychology. Didn't you take cow psych 101 at UC Berkeley?

    Hrrmph. You must have tiny cows in Wisconsin. Here in California, cow tipping is not possible thanks to the laws of physics.

    If you have evidence to the contrary please provide it otherwise...

    Oh man. Damn damn damn damn. Screwed again by the liberal elite in higher ed.

    How should I know that though? I don't tip. Just don't believe in it.

    I'm sure drunk cows tip pretty easy. Hell, they probably fall down on their own.

    And you know in Wisconsin we got beer. Cows aren't stuck up. They'll take a local brew over a vineyard any day!

    Hah, beat that one, Conley!

    Hrrmph. Well, three things:

    1. Sweet Berry Wine is better FOR YOUR HEALTH

    2. If you're looking to get tipsy, wine does it faster than beer...

    3. Peanut Noyer!!

    The pain is being felt throughout the U.S. industry, but it's especially keen in California, the No. 1 dairy state. The Golden State's 1,800 dairies produce $7 billion worth of milk annually, more than one-fifth of the nation's supply. Slumping international demand combined with an American public ordering fewer cheese pizzas has turned the milk market sour.
