You realize that talking point has been debunked for weeks, right? Even the New York Times issued a correction. In reality, there was no firm consensus among intelligence agencies. Instead, James Clapper, who helped oversee the various intelligence agencies at the time, commissioned an estimate from the CIA, FBI, and NSA and they gave an estimate based on levels of confidence. The NSA, the nerve center of US signals intelligence, only gave it "moderate" confidence.
But let's assume for the sake of argument that ALL the various intelligence agencies actually said what you and other partisans think they said. It still proves nothing. I know this may come as a shock to you, but just because government intelligence agencies say something does not make it true. In fact, many of the things they say to the public are outright lies. Incidentally, James Clapper, the man at the head of the report you are citing, did just that when he lied UNDER OATH about the NSA's mass surveillance programs. And then there was that whole "weapons of mass destruction" thing, which the "intelligence community" assured everyone was a slam dunk. I'm wondering... how many times do intelligence agencies have to lie to your face and get things seriously wrong before you will stop taking their word as gospel?
