Pizza is the only dish I have mushrooms with. Nice fresh mushrooms on a pizza is pretty good.

I will chop the mushrooms smaller, I have Portabella Crimini pasta sauce I will add the mushrooms to it. I have Mezza Rigatoni from Italy and Ill mix the broccoli raaab with the pasta and put the mushroom sauce on top.

Funny you mention that; I hate olives of any kind. I won't eat anything that has olives in it and even if i were to peel them off of pizza I'd know I'd still taste the olive juice so I shy away from any and all olives.

I am that way with cucumbers and cilantro. Out of cilantro? Just add dish soap. Yukk.

Me too! I don't understand how people can eat them - they taste so weird.

I don't like whole olives but I must go through a liter of olive oil every month or so

I usually substitute parsley for cilantro, which I agree tastes like soap.

I use olive oil, but only in salad and not the extra virgin, which tastes too strongly of olives.

IMO, it doesn't have a lot of flavor but it looks nice in soups and stewsbut he mani reason I started growing parsley is that it helps neutralize garlic odor. I eat a lot of garlic. Easily a head a week. I started adding parsley to my garlic oil and it really does seem to mitigate the odor you get from garlic the next day.
