I do use a little of the rendered bacon fat to cook my eggs on the weekend. The pan is already greased. Why waste butter?

My mother was a horrid cook. I was in my mid 30s when I became a foodie - and could prepare their properly.I used to get them as a punishment when I was being grounded as a kid.
