I had a big container of whole portabella mushrooms from Sams Club. I washed and quartered them and the really big ones got cut more.
I sautee them in olive oil and garlic and herbs, when done I put them to the side.
I have some left over Broccoli Raab I made yesterday.
I will chop the mushrooms smaller, I have Portabella Crimini pasta sauce I will add the mushrooms to it. I have Mezza Rigatoni from Italy and Ill mix the broccoli raaab with the pasta and put the mushroom sauce on top.
