The automobile industry is exploiting children as young as four years old to mine the cobalt needed for their eco friendly hybrids and electric cars. Almost exclusively impoverished people of color in Africa. You Prius owners need to search your soul on this issue. You are contributing to the brutal exploitation of helpless children.

Still not the point. Most people don't drive them for MPG reasons. They drive them so they can sanctimoniously preach to others about how they are doing their share to save the planet.

Never mind that small children are being victimized to give them their pulpit.

First, I don't drive a hybrid, and will avoid it until there are no other options or the performance comes up to my standards.

Second, are you gonna take your wife's wedding ring back? The money from it was most likely used to fund conflicts in which many children died horrible deaths. Or how about you cellphone? Laptop? Anything that uses rare earth's for the batteries or components?

I dont put myself on a pedestal and preach to others about those subjects either. The greeners do.
