I know this may come as a shock to you, but being a human being doesn't mean you have to be inconsistent. And libertarians are generally very consistent.

Unless libertarians are aliens (I'm not necessarily ruling that out at this point) they are no more or less consistent than any other political philosophy. Claiming that are is nothing more than a lie to make yourself feel better.

In what way? How is my not serving you, for any reason whatsoever, doing you harm? What exactly do you mean by "take out on"? Two meanings according to http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/take+out+on: I'm not punishing you. Am I hurting your feelings? Is that the harm?
