North Korea leader Kim Jong Un has finished reviewing a plan to fire four missiles off Guam, and has opted to wait to see what the "foolish Yankees" do next.

The comments, published in North Korea's state media, KCNA, Tuesday, came after US Secretary of Defense James Mattis warned that if North Korea fired on US territory it would be "game on."

"Speaking at the Pentagon Monday, Mattis told reporters, "you don't shoot at people in this world unless you want to bear the consequences.""

I read this but there was also another article that our Spy Satellites picked up the NKs moving a missile launcher in apparent preparations for a launch.

Kim hopefully isnt stupid enough to make the first move, he has got to know he faces annihilation. I have zero feelings for Kim nor do I care if he gets blow up, I do care about innocent North Koreans that already live in misery having it even worse.

The best possible outcome with NK is that kim is gone the entire regime broken up and NK merged with SK and becoming more democratic. BUT wishful thinking

As I said, they aren't crazy enough to commit suicide unless they think they are dead anyway. They know firing on US territory unprovoked will end their regime, they won't make the first move unless they feel like they have to.

I believe the missile movement was before and part and partial of Mattis's "game on" statement. I believe the cooler heads in Pyongyang convinced Tiny Kim to preform a saving face blink.
