This theory works on magnetic field under a plate of metal and plastic. we need only generate the electromagnetic field under the apparatus, with an electromagnet of the right type. my peers have developed all the necessary formulas for this but i need to come up with a propulsion theory where the board goes forwards and turns in direction, as well as generates the right amount of resistance from the strong force of protons in 'magnetism.'
So, the resistance should be generated by the board pushing towards the floor a field that is constant when switched on by, say, a foot pedal? this will lift it up... let's see if we can get it up? if we were to observe that normal magnets need to be charged by electrical means, we could lower the focus to make it heat based to push around, as, heat is the fundamental force of all energy, yes? this means that we need 'engines' of a sort that the harrier jets use, or, something even better, of course.
Maybe if we were to use a set of poles, into a matrix of connections, where they overlap each other, they could provide the direction and propulsion needed? this would be where the these poles would give off radiation mixed with magnetic fields, charged like magnets, to push with the north or south poles towards the earth. this would be where, as i am not sure if it is natural to be north or south, nor what would float on 'ground,' the mechanism to propel your board upwards would be down to similar charge being exerted, of course.
Going forwards would be down to having the magnets at a slant, so as to push them forwards, or, at angles, in the matrix, to go in different directions.
