Rushbo ~ *I’m the primary reason the Republican Party lost*

Let's not also forget Jindal ~ *Republicans should stop bieng the Stupid Party*

    Jus'damn ...

    http://www.examiner.com/article/rush...can-party-lost

Radio host, and alleged defacto leader of the Republican Party, Rush Limbaugh was in rare candid form during the Monday Nov. 12 broadcast of his radio program The Rush Limbaugh Show where he reveled in his prediction of being blamed for the embarrassing GOP loss on election night.

Limbaugh began his segment stating the following:

*Just as I predicted, ladies and gentlemen -- wait 'til you hear the sound bites -- this election was lost because of your host, Rush Limbaugh.

    I am the primary reason.

There are others, but I'm the primary reason the Republican Party lost.

And I am, by the way, the primary reason the Republican Party will keep losing, until I am denounced by the Republican Party*

Rush was responding to criticism in a Politico.com article which resurrected a months old quote by Limbaugh that said the following:

*If Obama wins, the Republican Party is going to try to maneuver so Conservatives get blamed*

And as it happens Limbaugh was partly correct, but his was hardly a premonition.
It's like he threw gasoline on a building and then said, "I'll be blamed for burning this down."

Talking heads like moderate conservative Joe Scarborough have come forward to blame conservative media, with Limbaugh being at the top of the list.

That is not all, however. Louisiana Governor and GOP favorite, Bobby Jindal, also came out assaulting the GOP's philosophies stating that Republicans should stop being "the stupid party."

Although, what could Rush Limbaugh and company have expected ?

They sold their toxic views for years to listeners, promising President Obama would destroy the American economy simply because he hates America and would attempt at every opportunity to convert the entire population to worship Islam.

What did they think would happen when those allegations were proven false, and the bill came due from their now-duped angry supporters ?

It is entirely reasonable to allocate blame to conservative media for the embarrassing election trouncing the GOP was administered.
Most of them did not see it coming, and that was because they were misinformed by Limbaugh and company.

Of course, this matters not to Rush Limbaugh who is estimated to be worth nearly a billion dollars and who will continue to laugh all the way to the bank.

You're an idiot. He was making a prediction that everyone would blame him, and now you're falling right into it.

Go $#@! yourself, anti-semite little Commie.

The GOP establishment is blaming Rush Limbaugh for its defeat? The reasoning is unclear. Democrats were so mad at Rush that they came out in droves? Or was it that GOP voters were disappointed with Limbaugh and stayed home?
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

This is a misleading quote in the OP. Rush was predicting that the dems and the media would blame him for Romney's loss. And he's right, they're trying to blame him. It's pathetic really. They're always jealous of people who are successful.

I understand that but elements of the GOP establishment are pointing fingers at Rush. This party really is ridiculous.

Who is pointing their fingers at Rush?

Rush is the greatest thing to happen to the Republican party since Ronald Reagan.

Joe Scarborough and Jindal are mentioned in the OP. It appears that they are anxious to blame anyone but themselves.

Right, but don't make connections where they don't belong. They were mentioned in the OP but I promise they don't blame Rush. Only dumbass Democrats blame Rush, because he's successful and they want his money.
Anyway, Republicans lately have been painted by the $#@!headed arrogant $#@!s of the Mainstream In-Obama's-Back-Pocket Media (via gaffes of Richard Mourdock and the like) to be the "stupid party," but you can't let that get to you.
Rush isn't the problem, the media is the problem, the media won't let a single Republican gaffe go by without talking nonstop about it for months on $#@!ing end like a broken record. Joe Biden can talk about putting blacks back in chains all he wants, but they'll still talk about the gaffe made by a Republican that might show a little bit of ill-informed rape assumptions.

The problem is the sheeple of America buy into the bull$#@! that Chris Matthews and the like spoonfeed them all day long. I don't yet know how to get them to think for themselves, but Rush Limbaugh is not the problem here.
