I thought horehound was cough drops, let me go look.

Ok its both candy or cough drops and some other uses, it wouldnt be my candy of choice

    Traditional/Ethnobotanical uses
The leaves and flower tops of the horehound have long been used in home remedies as a bitter tonic for the common cold. Horehound has been used traditionally as an expectorant and continues to find a place in cough lozenges and cold preparations. It now is used primarily as flavorings in liqueurs, candies and cough drops. In addition, extracts of the plant were used for the treatment of intestinal parasites and as a diaphoretic and diuretic. A different genus, the black horehound (Ballota nigra), is a fetid-odored perennial native to the Mediterranean area that sometimes is used as an adulterant of white horehound.

Reece's peanut butter cups. But I really don't eat much candy any more. Skittles are awesome too.

For you who like that black licorice, you can have it. I tried some when I was 4 and got really sick. To this day I cannot even stand the smell. I can't do the black jelly beans, mike n Ike's, or drink sambuka or Jaegermeister.

My favorite is no longer in stores. It was a chewy interior with peanuts and a thin chocolate exterior. It was called "LOOK".

Reese's nutrageous bar....the absolute best candy bar.

When I was a kid, my dad would bring home 'Black Crows', soft licorice candy, they looked like gum drops.

Does anyone remember, "abazaba"? It was taffy with peanut butter inside. It might just be a California thing.

I once in a while buy a bag of the chocolate Reisen candies, not very often, because, I can eat the whole bag myself.
