    Scrambled Eggs

I think tonight we are going to have breakfast for supper.

Does anyone have an outstanding recipe for scrambled eggs?

I add a little bit of milk and red onions to my eggs. Beat them and cook them soft and put them on a peace of toast. Sometimes I add cheese.

Yes. The diner down the street.

I don't mix my eggs, add milk or anything.

Crack eggs into pan hot melted butter, let the whites and yolks cook a little bit then scramble in the pan. Eggs shouldn't be homogenized.

Salt and pepper, turn the pan off when they are still just a bit runny, they will finish cooking on their own.

Just say no, to overdone eggs.

Easy over. Add cheese, salsa, with bacon. Put on a sandwich.

I overcook mine, just a preference. I also use a bit of cream for scrambled eggs instead of milk since that is what most chefs use, according to my dad. Like to put onion, buffalo sauce and a bit of cheese into it. Sometimes I put it on a tortilla.

I bought a green pepper and will finely chop it. I will put onion in mine and add some hot sauce. We might cook the whole carton different ways. Whatever we don't eat we can give to the dogs.

Just scramble a couple of eggs, slap them on some toasted Sourdough with peanut butter and cheese.

    That's good eatin' Maynard.
