These problems are where the social interactions of the country are put to the test by the various types of people wanting to actually physically harm each other because of national or cultural differences - like racism, of course. if we were to observe that people will be held together by them having something in common, maybe we could give them something in common? this we will deal with once we find what it not in common.

So, how can a bunch of black people fight over resources? how, as privileged people that can read this and have computers to display this say that it is not that bad fighting for food each day? water wells are also fought over in the third world, especially africa, and we need to find out why; why is there so little there is not enough to share, or, why are families fighting each other for resources? this is the major problem, that there is not enough to go around... could we just dump them with food and water and the problem would go away? how much is one life worth - isn't life priceless and therefore we could use a billion a year to feed these people out of the various slush funds of the state?

The answer is no, the state does not care unless it gets them votes, and, no, even with the resources natives will kill those from other areas anyway because they want to make a difference in their community and will use any excuse to hurt others in the name of the community, lifting themselves from the norms to be heroes in their own minds. let us deal with this 'new class of hero' first?

If the community was to say these people are bad, then the hero activities will continue, if the community was to say that these people are good for them, then there would be love and togetherness, so, how do we get the role models to accept these other 'new comers?' maybe a form of initiation could suffice? if there was a party where everyone was invited, and, all new comers would go through traditional customs to be new to the area, having their faces painted or something to show their 'multiculturalism,' then everything would be more in line and everyone would see that these new comers respect their new homes?

Now, the resources... if there is a few shops selling goods in south africa, and a somali shop shows up and sells things for less, then there should be a honest dispute, not where you burn each other's shops down! if they were to observe that in free trade, you may sell things for what you will, and, that they will run out of stock, and, then come to their shops afterwards, where they will make more money eventually, then things should be looking up.
