Big business took over the power from the people years ago!

It started with the Powell Memorandum, then ALEC and the Think tanks and the KOCH agenda made it a permanent feature!

I am in the camp of Mega Corps do more harm to the people in their pursuit of ever more profit. There are so many examples of corporate abuse from overcharging for things we must have like medicine, to having unsafe conditions because they dont want to pay to fix them. The list is limitless.

Are corporations the apex of evil no, they do create jobs when they arent increasing the quality of life of chinese.

Its the one area where there is no protection at all for consumers and the public without govt. The govt is the only in between that can right wrongs. Its the only one with the means to take a mega corp on. Like a pharmaceutical.

The insuation that corporations need NO regulations is something I find ridiculous.

I shake my head. Profits evil. Government good.

    And why lie about regulations?
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

Of course not. But big government is. Big education is. People who provide real goods and services improve our lives.

Sneaking into a factory farm and taking pictures is what? Terrorism instead of trespassing? The food pyramid is bogus. The government took 360 years to issue a tobacco warning issued by the King of England in 1604. The big banks got bailed out while trying to manipulate the the price of oil, big farmers paid not to grow crops. Prohinition and the war on drugs goes on despite definitive evidence that it should not. On and on .
The American government is a wholly owned subsidiary of the megacorps.
